We use Sanyo VMS software for Surveillance Cameras System. Actually the server connected to the cameras is not working and the client is working. Is it possible to view all the cameras in client system when server is not working?

The server is a necessary component because the client connects to the stream which is actually the server. Without the server, you won't have any access to the streams.
